If you need assistance with Haundrix Chess, then you should post your question in our help forum.
Our development team follows this forum frequently, and someone from the community may also post a reply to your message.

However if you have found a bug, then we ask you to post it in our bug tracking system, so that it will be fixed for the next release.
When reporting your bug please provide as much information as possible, including the version of Haundrix Chess you're using, what your platform is (Windows or Linux) and steps we should take to reproduce it.
